Attic: Access, insulation, ventilation, framing, roof surface, flashing, and penetrations.
Roof: Roof drainage systems, overhangs, gutters and downspouts
Garage: Overhang, vehicle door, automatic opener, structure, electic, and fire seperation
Plumbing: Main piping, distribution piping, waste and vent piping, fuel system, water heater
Heating/Cooling: Operation of system, type, condition, duct system, filters, thermostat.
Electrical: Service entrance, capacity, electrical panels, circuitry, wiring, lights, outlets & switches
Kitchen: Cabinets & counters, sink, faucet, garbage disposal, dishwasher, range, oven
Bathrooms: Cabinets & counters, sinks, faucets, tubs, spa tubs, showers, toilets, ventilation
Our goal is to discover and inform you of anything we find that might affect your purchase decision. When the inspection is complete, we'll tell you of any problems that were discovered and discuss them with you. We will also tell you about any routine maintenance that should be performed as well as answer any questions you may have. Your full written report will include digital photographs of all discrepancies.
